Notes

Run at home outside. Ran 13.3ish, took a short break (2-3min?) then finished. This was one of the best runs of my life! I was extremely relaxed the entire time and my legs felt awesome up until the last couple of miles. Also, I managed to run the last 4 miles at around a 7:08 pace. I definitely could have run 4 more miles, but I would have killed my legs. I am very confident heading into the marathon, but I need to remember to respect the rest week!
