Notes

Ran 11.3 mi, 4 min break for shot block and drink, then finished the 8.8 mi. This was my best long run by far. The legs felt very strong the entire time and I finished the last 4.4 miles at about a 7:15ish pace. This was the first run that gave me a little confidence going into Victoria.
