Notes

Run on Fern Ridge bike path. Warm up 2 mi, 4 mi at gmp, 1 mi easy, 2 mi ghmp, 1 mi cool down. Legs were really tired by the end of the 2 ghmp, but felt great during the 4 gmp. Legs are still tired overall but getting better every day.
