Notes

10 mile progression to mp, 2 mi of 1 min hard 1 min easy fartleks, 4 mi at 6:10 and 1 mi cool down. Ran with Katy on bike. Run went a lot easier than I thought it would. Throat didn't bother me at all; I was really worried about it with how much it hurt last night. Hard part of the training is over and looking forward to easing down a little.
