Notes
Ran 13.5 on treadmill at home. It stopped raining so I took a break and ran 5.4 outside. It poured when I ran outside so I planned on drying off and going to 24 mi on treadmill, but I was beat. The run outside was great except for the rain. I find that running off the treadmill gives me more confidence than running on it for the marathon. I will try to do another run (5-6mi) this evening.
