Notes

Warm up 2 mi, then 2x 5min ghmp 3 min easy, and 1 3min hard 2 min easy. Wanted to do two more of the 3/2, but quard/ it band felt really tight so I took it easy on the way back. Heart and lungs were working good and hamstring felt great. Juts need to stretch the quad issue.
