Hy-Vee 5k. Results are not posted immediately but I know I raced it. I'm happy that it was only 16 seconds from my PR given the wind, the hill, and being on my feet for 24 hours over the last two days at the relays. I will have to find a 5k soon and throw down the gauntlet.
