3 mi warm up, 3 mi progression to ghmp, 3 mi at ghmp. Couldn't hold it together for the ghmp. Legs just were tired. Stopped after the first mile, then went a mile but had to stop again after another mile. Donating blood, running 9.5 yesterday, and second week of 40+ miles for the first time since October took its toll. Hopefully this run isn't a reflection of not running a sub 1:20 half but only being tired.
