Long run with Jason, Tim, Dan, and Abe for 12 miles then Jason and I finished up. It was a hot and humid day (73ish start with 80% humidity), legs felt like bricks the first 6 miles, and I was tired. I didn't think I would be able to finish based on the first 3 miles but legs loosened up and we did fine after that. I wanted to push a little more toward the end but Jason was hurting so I reeled the pace back in and ended up finishing fairly strong.
