Run on Fern Ridge bike path (2x4.4) and quick 2.54 mile run at home. Eased up to 6:40 pace both times going down the bike path to Bailey Hill and then slowed back down. I was really tired after the 17.6 but I finished after a 30 min break to come home. This run killed me and hopefully I'll get back into shape to crack these runs out.
