Warm up 2, then I was hoping to just push a little around Gray's Lake, but ended up doing 5:56s for the 1.9, then a cool down back home. I can tell my body is still beat up from the race. My legs (mostly hips, quads, and calves) were sore going the full range of motion at the fast pace and my heart rate and breathing was fast as well; it felt good to fly again though. Knee a little sore on the cool down, but fine the rest of the time.
