Progression finishing at 10k pace for 2 mi. Ran 2.4 miles in 15:00 at the end (6:25s). Legs were really tired from hills and run yesterday. Still getting over cold and need to really stretch legs out. Good thing I'm seeing Dr. Aaron tomorrow.
