Nike Free Run+ v2 (Blue)
Run at Anna's ERC speedgroup. 2 Sets of 3x800m with 400m recovery. 2 min rest between sets. Ran the 800s at under a 6 pace and the 400s at slightly over goal marathon pace. Legs felt strong today. Palates really helps so I need to keep it up.
