Run on treadmill at home. Warm up/ cool down mile, and 2 mi at 6:15 pace, .75 mi at 10% incline and 8:00 pace, finish mile flat at 8:00 pace, and last two at 6:11 and 6:00 pace. Legs responded awesome. I could have pushed it at the end if the treadmill went faster. Stretched afterward.
