Relativey flat course - Made a bit more difficult with many 90-120 degree corners to go from road to side walk. About 2 miles on gravel trail. 3 miles on paved trail - very poor footing. about 3 miles of really bad roads - hugely crowned and poor condition (most in the last 4 miles) and the rest in nice flat concrete.
Every time I hit one of the shit roads I felt like I was in mud, every time we transitioned onto Concrete, it felt like instant acceleration. Ran 18:30 for the last 3.1 miles, so I am happy about that. 20 second PR.
