Notes

Knee a little better - I did 10 minutes Arc Trainer for a warmup and did 2 minutes of rowing machine after stretching.

I added 3 x 10 seconds ... I leg wall sits. I will work on making the rowing and 1 leg wall sits less embarrassing.
