Notes

Seoraksan hike. Was mostly hiking and climbing but we ran when we could on flat stretches (very few of these). The course we did was supposed to take 11-12 hours and we did it in 9. Overall very good day. I got to practice nutrition a lot and our elevation was similar to what the Jeju race will be. We climbed 1700m, Jeju is 1900. We will probably have to pick up the pace in the actual race, but this was great practice!
