Notes

Run/hike of the Seoul City Wall with Sarah for 50K trail training. The route has a lot of variety - goes on trails and roads, over mountains and through parts of the city. Really good training. We ran on most of the flat stretches and downhills that didn't include stairs, but we probably need to work on running more in future training runs and generally picking up the pace.
