i was tired today, 6.5 hours of sleep was not enough. i was planning on a 10 mile 90-95% tempo, but I was too tired after a two mile warm up to do that. then i settled on a medium long run at 7 flat pace. then a few miles later i was too tired and I just finished the run. i think this sunday I might go for a really big workout, like huge type of workout. anyway, tired, muscularly not bad. overall recovery is important and a few extra days of recovery to get to a big workout is fine.
