it was all in one go and it was slower at the beginning because of the ramp up on a treadmill. really pleasing workout. i was hoping to do 4 miles in about 23 and about 3 miles in i was feeling pretty good and decided to make it five instead. could have gone faster for four miles but of course it is better to go slower for longer on tempos than faster and not finish.
