Notes

The terrance Mahon Mammoth lakes workout from runners world january 08. I really liked it. It worked front, back, sides, and was pretty deep, and some of the poses were pretty difficult. I'm going to try the ed vestuirs workout before I decide what I want to do but this is really nice. My schedule is now core 3x a week and lifting 2x a week so that covers mmy mornings and all only takes about 30 minutes.
