8.3 mi in 59:45, 9 mi in 1:00:00, 2.7 miles in 17:25, i'm pretty sure thats the longest I've ever spent on a treadmill. it wasn't really that bad in fact I kind of like treadmill running. just set the pace you want to run and don't fall off. ramped up .1 mmph per mile from 8 to 9 then 20 minutes around 9 30 minutes around 9.1 and the last 17 mminutes got a little crazy down to 6:18 pace
