Cold and alone most of the run. Dickson and Kurtis did the first two miles with me which was nice we set a nice pace not very fast or slow probably 7:30 or so. I had a few strong miles toward the end but I ended the last half mile or so on a low note of tiredness. Good overall, and new uniforms i have to go pick up after I eat.
