Notes

Little under 5 wup and 2.2 on the treadmil for the cd. Not sure on the wup distance. I was going to do the workout on the Carroll track but they were having girls soccer pracice and a few other runners were running around the track. I didn't really want to be seen doing this workout because it was so slow and I am out of shape.
