yep, I'm slow. But I'm slow because I haven't done any speed besides a few 60m strides in the last five weeks. Also, the shin/leg pain I was having I am 90% sure was shin splints. I just did some toe up the last few days and of course, I'm better. I was thinking about a 4 mile tempo, but I was breathing hard enough that I decided three would be enough for the day.
