five "laps". 2 minutes on 5k pace 2 off and then 1:22 to easy to finish after six hard 2 minute reps. kind of fell apart on the last two. oh well i wanted to get anaerobic, and I did. Assumming 11:22 minutes at 5:00/k pace that is 2.27k which is probably around what I was recovering at that leaves 3780m in 12 minutes so 3:10.5 minutes/k or 15:50 pace, above 5000 feet. ok. So that means I'm in shape. I was trying hard and it felt fast it was just over 5 pace so not that fast but ok. I still have two months to important races. I think in about 2 weeks I'll want to get on a track or in a race.
