really good workout. the goal was 3:35 - 3:15 a few times, but I really suffered on the recovery. it's hard to try and hit 5:45 pace after 1k at 5:15 pace. But it is great training! I'm really happy with this workout. In fact it put me in a great mood for the day and the whole day went really really well!
