first non race run outdoors in short sleeves in months! part of me thought 5-6 easy would be good for recovery, part of me felt so good that i wanted to do 20, i settled on 15 because i like the route. then doing 8-8:05 pace through 4 mmiles I decided to cut it shorter. still 10 miles the day after a huge pr, that's probably a good sign.
