I'm gonna say that was like 425 meters maybe a little more. I felt better than on the hills because the rest was more rest and not jogging. Still didn't feel that jump in my step. A little spring but not much. Good though nice and consistent, perhaps a little fast I was quite close to Pat. But overall good.
