8x50 meter short hill sprints with walk down. I had three people yell at me on this run. probably because I was running down on fifth street in my nike short shorts. I'm not sure what they all said, but I think it was along the lines of "You're awesome! Keep at it!" of course, that could be my imagination... still really good workout, first workout back.
