2-4 were with Tracey as well. solid workout, the plan was 3:55 with 3:00 rest and jog 400, but I mad the call that 3:00 was plenty long and simply jogging 400 would be enough. it turned out really well. another solid workout in the bank. For Megan and Tracey that is.
