As soon as I got back from running I changed and headed out. This was my cool down/xt for the day. Down to the lake in 37 minutes and then 7 minutes decided if I should really get in. I did and I got in Lake Michigan for 12 minutes and did some walking in knee deep water because lifting my feet up works on strengthing my shins and working the small muscles in my legs and it was cold so it also helped like an ice bath because my lower legs didn't feel the greatest last night. Then I casually rode back with the 15 mph wind which was much nicer than the trip to the lake into the wind.
