A very nice workout. It was physically very hard. Muscularly very hard. Almost like it was all out. But aerobically I was fine. I was breathing really hard but felt like it was going well. Hard to explain. I have very little speed right now. That's fine though. Hopefully I can run 5:40s all day instead of a few 5:20s in a row. Last "hard" workout. 10k mp tempo. 10k mp fartlek tempo (might be a little hard) and 5-6k mp tempo. That's the icing.
