Notes

after the last one I layed down on the track. my heart was pumping and my head was kind of spinning. my legs were just toast. one minute was not enough recovery. I would really have liked to be able to pull down a 9:55 3200 in one shot, even at altitude. that's pretty close to actual 10k race pace. oh well. still a little tired from saturday sunday, still not totally acclimated, alone on a windy day. to get myself breathing that hard and my legs feeling that dead I know it was a half decent workout.
