not a good workout. I wanted to do 4 mi progression 5:45 35 25 15 but after mile one my body wasn't having it. I did about another mile at 6 pace with some breaks. could have been better. I'm not doing iowa state friday. I'm not ready. very humid and i'm dehydrated and only 6 hrs sleep the last two nights.
