route above, short church, neighborhood lap, out and back to pp. first two miles were in like 16:40 or something slow, into the wind. not a glamorous day but I wanted to get back to 20+ miles and this combination just barely did it. honestly, compared to a double marathon or a 93 mile run the emotional and physical downs are not much of a problem.
