It wasn't supposed to be a crazy tough workout just to get me used to speed, well more speed than the 5:4something miles. Supposedly around 5k pace or Yasso 800s. These I atribute my complete success along with 10 mile long runs to my 1:27:53 as a 16 year old on like 4-5 days of running a week. I do not plan to run faster than this pace for any training or racing until september and maybe even october.
