Notes

ran the workout with the top UD men, then started my workout. I was plannning on 5:05-5:15/mile for several miles until I got tired, but I got out too fast on the 1600 and instead of put the brakes on I decided to roll with it at a pace that felt 5kish, until the 1200 when I decided to push a little... and run a 71. I stopped my watched after the mile ar 4:49.X and did not time the rest so I really had 6:04.84 for the first 2k of work. that's the fastest mile I've ever done in practice. It's a mental thing, because physically I'm in shape to do a better workout, I feel like blogging about it...
