the first few steps felt good and it just went from there. 2 miles in 15 and 4 in 31:40 and 6 in 45:15. really good run. it's like all of the fatigue that had been bothering me was gone. strange but I guess that that is part of recovery. leaps and bounds, progress and plateaus.
