Notes
Wow really felt good today. Took it out with everybody and then kind of worked on picking it up over the next five or six miles to about 7 -7:10 pace and then with a mile and a half or so duffty and Mario decided to keep picking up the pace and so Kevin and I dropped back. I added to the 7.6 because of the extra distance to the new parking lot and running to the ice bath. Speaking of which it was phenominal. it was so nice and maybe 8 people or so got in a tried it out which was way more fun than just Matt and I. I like capping off an 80 with such a relaxed run.
