2x 8 min - 2300m, 6x300 (57) - 55, 56, 57, 58, 57, 57 Not as bad of a workout as i thought. the 8 min part was like 84 pace which is not too bad. The 300's only had a minute rest but since we were in a big group it was motivational. Good solid workout.
