my goal was 75, 72, 71, 70, 69, 49, all out. i obviously don't have the leg speed now or the specific endurance to do really well but it was nice to try and run fast. i was recovering fast on the recovery even though i was slowing the pace of that down every time. not sure what I want to do for a few indoor track meets. 5k and 800/1000 would be easiest for me to pr in but i would like to focus on one or the other for a few weeks to take as many seconds off as I can by doing race specific workouts. this workout was also to see where my strengths are. it was inconclusive.
