Huh 8:15s? well I was taking it really easy and I did xxxl from my apt which I figure added on .7 going out and 1 going back. but still 8:15s? I stopped at two intersections and i went into papa ginos in holden to get more water but I stopped my watch every time so I ran the whole time. oh well, no big deal. It's about getting out there. Lydiard said you have to sacrifice a lot in the short term to make it in the long term. Saw 30+ people running and biking. the clark kid, forrest, four wpi boys and a bunch of others i don't know. fantastic day. hooah! It was so awesome just drinking water and running a relaxed pace.
