Not really an easy run. I was thinking about enough other things that it wasn't bad but I was tired and had a few sore tight muscles. My form wasn't great today. I was a bit tired from the anaerobic mile yesterday. My hips were tight and my hamstrings were tight before the run. They don't bother me on the runs but I know that they keep me from lifting my knee higher. I think they especially slow me down on the uphills. On another note, it's interesting getting into the coaching side of things. I think I'm averaging about two helpful comments a day. I think that's good. Teaching people stretches, suggesting long runs, telling the purpose of the workouts, trying to be educational and just another resource.
