it was new englandy outside today. first six miles were unpleasant ( assumption with team then reverse weedway so up salisbury) then things got better and the pace got lower. I added on a honey farms and six or seven laps around harrington to get a few more miles. the problem is there are highs and lows. you have a half mile where it feels slow then two miles where you are cruising and then a mile where you want to quit. in summary, glad I did it, glad it's done.
