Nice long run with Todd Alexander a freshman so we did weedway and I added on a honey farms. Weedway in 1:37:45 and it was the longest run he had ever done so congrats on that. I was really impressed I mean he showed up and the first four miles were like 8 minute pace cause I wasn't sure what he could handle but after that we picked up the pace and the last three miles were like 20:30 and the last was 6:45 or so. I was pretty amazed. These freshman might turn out to be quite good!
