Duffty pushed the pace most of the way and took off the last 1500 to win by like 20 seconds. Little fast for my tastes but ok. My right shin cramped up but I stoped and stretched around 19 minutes in and it went away by about half way through the run. Plantar facittis didn't hurt at all today but it did a little bit at the end and after the run.
