the third hurt and after the 4th I wasn't sure if I would do 4, 5 or 6 but I just kept jogging down and deciding I felt good enough to do another one. much better than last time like a month ago. two more and they averaged much faster. again 6.3% grade at 7600 feet. not easy. legs were very heavy the last half of the workout. total duration I think it's the longest workout I've done, it was certainly harder than 3 on 3 off on the flats and downhill last week.
