ran down by the lake and followed it up with 10 minutes in the water cooling my legs off. the water was about 5 degrees too warm to be very effective but ok. didn't feel the greatest:left knee, left calf, right plantar, well that's about it but I don't like hurting. I stretched more and I'll stretch even more but I'm slightly worried. this knees thing is an overuse injury or lack of squats and I'm running out of ideas on how to fix it.
