splits I remember 2 in 14:55, 4 in 30:30, 15.4 in 1:50, 19 in 2:15:40. Last three miles around the track in 19:20. Last mile in 6:23, last 800 in 3:08. saw Mario before I left but it was 3:07 and he walked away never to return. I took a gel at 1:30 because I was getting tired. my legs felt pretty good til the last 2 miles. was planning to do 17 yesterday but it was cold and rainy so I took a day off. then I thought I'll do 21 today but around 19.5 i thought maybe i'll go farther. why am I running so far when I am still training for a 10k? because eventually I will be running a marathon. I also want to approach the marathon from both sides not just move up to it. I want to run 26.2 knowing I can run strong the whole way. For more info read nate jenkins stuff. overall i felt great because I had so much energy from not running yesterday. on the other hand i had just about every pain. first calves, then shins, then plantar, then knees, then stomach and then around mile 14 it all cleared up and I finished without problems. great weather and paxton probably had 1-2 inches of snow yesterday.
